These are a rare find in this kind of shape. Brand new re-Foams, zero hours. The have a few minor scratches, but nothing at all bad. Even the bottoms look great. You can see the one little chip pictured. The speakers stands are in good shape, but not perfect. They are a bit too large for the speakers, but they still work well, and, if you want, you can just put them under some larger speakers. One piece of the stand, on one stand, looks like a good sized chunk was taken out, but someone had since repaired it, and the repair looks solid. Plus you can just use it as a back piece, and you will never see it. I was told they are Red Oak, with a mahogany stain. Red Oak, I know is a super strong hardwood.
