For sale is my Acoustic Research AR18s Classic Air Suspension speakers. AR18s is one of the legendary designs from Acoustic Research. AR18s are bookshelf design speakers but have been widely used in recording studios around the world. The production line of AR18 began with AR18, AR18s, AR18BX, AR18LS and AR18BXI. The common opinion is that the AR18 is the best, then AR18s and BX is the worst performer(relative only because they are all good). My pair is in used condition and there has been some knock on dents and some corners had been repaired with wood filler. They did a good job. The bass units had been refoamed recently so plenty of life left. One of the tweeters has a little ding but it will not affect the quality of sound.
