Up for your consideration are these ALL ORIGINAL & EXTREMELY Nice & BEAUTIFUL vintage pair of AR 4X 2-way bookshelf speakers with original AR badges on grill and original paper work on back of speaker. The Serial#’s are 387920 & 387954. These are specified as “Bookshelf” speakers but they are rather Large I think? The Walnut Wood Veneered cabinets are Sweet & in Amazing condition. The grain in the wood is very pleasing to the eyes. There is just one small scratch on ONE of the speakers & it shows in picture #5. The speaker grill cloth are original & in very nice condition however there is some very light discoloration. These units came from the original owner and were mounted/hung from there family room wall. You can see the small screw holes on the back rear side of the speakers where the brackets were attached. THESE SMALL HOLES DO NOT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM EFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF THESE SPEAKERS. These speakers have been fully tested & the performance is just OUTSTANDING to say the least. Both Variable Tweeter controls on the back of each speaker work Fantastic.
