These speakers are Serial #20251 and # 20262, Rarely speakers this old come up for sale. About 40,000 units like this AR4 were manufactured before changes started with AR4X Line of improvements. Original CAPS checked out so I did not replace, With this set originality is key. Extremely Nice Looking Speaker Cabinets and Sound Quality! Close and EARLY serial numbers adds to the value of this set. This is a near perfect example of what an AR4 looked like when it left the factory. Speakers have been thoroughly tested and sound fantastic. Original AR Tweeter adjustment pots professionally serviced and now perfect again. CAPS tested and found to be to specs even makes it more desirable. Woofers were sealed with Vintage AR cloth surround sealer to ensure Acoustical Integrity of Cabinets and Speakers. Cabinets are in super nice condition, please examine pictures for acceptance of condition. Grills and badges are neat and clean. Technically this set of speakers sound great as will operate reliably long term.
