These Speakers have just had the foams redone. It is the fourth time I have done speaker foams so they are not perfect but the coils move smoothly as they should be and play/sound great. The foams were ordered specifically for AR Woofers they have a angled slope inside the rim that other foams do not have. Only issue it the adjustment pots cut in and out when adjusting. One Mid range speaker I cannot get to play but it does ohm out and the speaker cuts in for a second when adjusting the mid range knob. The Potentiometers need to be replaced or at a minimum cleaned. I Usually just hard wire them at full volume as I love these AR 2AXs at wide open. Also these speakers are supposed to be tweeters at the bottom so I have them upside down in the pictures. They are in better condition on the top. If you are on the west coast and make an offer tell me your location so I can take that into account.
