VINTAGE-AR is now offering new replacement grilles, patterned from an original set of AR-LST/2 grilles, complete with replacement grille cloth just like the original. This is for a pair of LST/2 speakers, 4 side panels and 2 front panels. We used a high strength Masonite material vs. The weaker fiber board AR used. The grille cloth is an off white linen material with the little “slubs” (heavy pieces of thread) running up and down the grille. This is, to the best of our knowledge, identical to one of the three AR used on the AR-3a and AR-2ax. It has taken us six years to locate a souce of this material.
