Acoustic Research has always been known for their smooth natural sounding bass and these deliver. These floor standing acoustic suspension speakers feature a 10 woofer along with a dome tweeter. They are finished in a high quality wood grain looking vinyl. They are fairly large, 29 x 13 ½ x 9 ½ deep and weigh in at 36 lbs. The cabinets are in excellent with just a few minor dings here and there. The pictures show the worse of these marks. Both woofers have been re-foamed and new grill cloth was installed.
