Up for sale is a PAIR of NOS Acoustic Research “eyeball” midrange speakers, marked 1210010-1 492TNA. These are New Old Stock, never used. These are the Service Replacement Units manufactured by Tonegen (Japan) for AR. They will work in many classic AR speakers, including the 3a, 10 Pi, 11, LST and others. PLEASE NOTE: These drivers have a very slightly larger magnet than the originals, about 1/32 larger diameter. Therefore it may be necessary to use a half-round file or a dremel tool to ease the cutout in the speaker baffle.
