ACOUSTIC RESEARCH AR HC6 Home Audio Theater Speakers. 2x Front or Rear Surrounds. Center has some cabinet scuffing on front corner. Also has damaged cover corners on same side. All three have various missing rubber feet. They stick on, and fell off over the years. Normal signs of use and wear everywhere else. Speaker cones are great. They weigh 20lbs without packaging.

ORIGINAL TWEETER FOR ACOUSTIC RESEARCH AR-3a FRONT WIRED, REBUILT, GUARANTEED

One tweeter for the AR-3a and AR-LST with the front wired configuration. We initially have two available. We are now offering a repair service for these. These are two we have rebuilt with a new voice coil, fabric dome that snaps back should you inadvertently bump it, new suspensions internal and external, new long leads for installation and a replacement mounting flange. These early production tweeters had rather soft mounting flanges which often distorted when installed. We have added new stiff flanges to the rear. These are then tested with test equipment and a music source.

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A MIDRANGE FOR SALE. IT IS A REPAIR SERVICE OF YOUR MIDRANGE, SENT TO OUR SHOP, REPAIRED AND SENT BACK TO YOU. DO NOT SEND US DRIVERS WITHOUT FIRST PLACING THIS ORDER. WE HAVE HAD DRIVERS SHOW UP WITH NO DOCUMENTATION. ALSO, IF YOU PLAN ON SENDING US YOUR MIDRANGE, DO NOT ATTEMPT A REPAIR OR DISASSEMBLE IT PRIOR TO SENDING IT TO US. FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS, WE HAVE BEEN REPAIRING AR-2ax and AR-3 Tweeters as well as the two designs of the AR-3 Midrange. Given the difficulty in finding functional AR-3a midranges, we have been working during the past year on repairing the AR-3a Front Wired Midrange. We have repaired a number of our own and those of customers to the extent that we are now comfortable listing this service. Check out our over 20 years of feedback. We will repair those with distortion or a dead voice coil. We will install long lead wires for your re-installation. We have not repaired the rear terminal version but are willing to make an attempt.
