These are in excellent original condition. Both the speakers and the grills are in great shape with no significant blemishes and only minor scratches and superficial scuffs from moving and storage over the last 7 decades! These are very sought after and near mint ones demand much more! Open to reasonable offers! These came from the estate of a dedicated professional local audiophile who cared for these and kept them in a temperature and humidity controlled room. He owned a local audio shop in Brookline MA for many years! A well known guy. One of the most sought after and best sounding speakers AR made. Gorgeous wood finish and grill fabric combination, a classic. All drivers are in perfect working condition and have been thoroughly tested through the frequency range. They are hooked up to our counterpoint/parasound system and sound incredible. The woofers have been re-foamed in order to ensure another 20+ years of use. As is known with these – the potentiometers are a tad finicky, but do work fine! If you ever wanted to replace them, they’re easily found online.
