I wound up upgrading the surrounds, recapped the amps and a few other things. I have been blessed to evaluate many different speakers over the years. These AR5s are exceptional. They seem to do everything right. The 300 watt subwoofer produces as much bass as one could possibly hope for. Everyone I have let listen to these have all been impressed. Smooth, detailed non-fatiguing sound. I had intended on keeping these but circumstances are so that I need to sell them.
