Acoustic Research AR-XB Vintage Turntable in very good condition with original dustmat, 45 adapter, accessories, original packaging and instruction manual. Comes equipped with Pickering V-15 and genuine Pickering Stylus in good sounding condition. This table is in excellent working condition and appears to be complete and original. It has a new drive belt, the tonearm has been lubricated, the tonearm lift works. The motor runs smooth and close if not completely silent. The cables are good although they could be upgraded to something more modern. The Pickering Stylus is in good condition. Minor damage to the back of dustcover which are not noticeable when in place on table and has minor scuffs. Minor peeling along the bottom of the base. Overall very good cosmetic condition. Vintage Nearly Mint AR-4x speakers with Original Boxes and Instructions. For Sale are my Vintage and Nearly Mint AR-4x speakers. The cabinets are near mint condition – as nice a pair of AR-4x’s that you will find. Included are the original collectible AR cartons and the original AR documents. All the drivers are in working condition. The high frequency controls are currently working partly but a bit intermittent as they are known for. They can be easily bypassed which is what many folks do; they can also be cleaned or replaced but nothing has not been done as these are in original vintage collectible condition with no modifications or changes of any kind. They have never been opened since they were received new. The speakers sound fine and all the drivers work. I have provided pictures for you to make your own judgment on the condition of this item. I will describe the item the best as I can based on visual inspection and my knowledge of the item. Please understand that as with all electronic equipment I may not have the ability or knowledge to fully test equipment for functionality beyond what is stated in my description and my observations.
