Up for sale is a used pair of Acoustic Research LST-2. Both speakers have been refurbished, new grill cloth, new replacement tweeters(sourced from Vintage-AR he offers this replacement to match original tweeters as much as possible) and the woofers have been professionally re-foamed. I do still have a couple of the original tweeters and a donor cabinet to go along with the sale. Both speakers are in good overall condition, just some minor scratches and a ding in the cabinet that you can see in the photos. Speakers are in good working condition as well, the front spectral knob also works as it should. I’m located 1 hour south of Syracuse NY and 1 hour north of Binghamton NY.

Speakers may need some repair. Unsure if all tweeters work. Woofers replaced with Orion woofers. Im not sure how to remove the front grills with the knobs on them. Attempted to use a small screwdriver… But didn’t work. Cabinets in decent shape…. But grills could use cleaning.

ONCE AGAIN THE SPEAKERS HAVE 3 tweeters each. TOTAL 6 tweeters 4 are dead 2 of them work. All 6 midranges work perfectly. 2 subwoofers work as well. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET.

I have a pair of very good condition AR LST-2 speakers. Someone replaced the tweeters but they actually sound really good. The woofers and Mid-Range are original and in fine working order.
