Acoustic Research 8-Position Speaker Selection System Tested & Working. This is a very nice AR branded speaker selector. Allows you to hook up to 8 pairs of speakers to your receiver or amp and choose which ones to listen to by simply pushing a button on the front. Usually these are built with tiny spring loaded push button wire inputs which are a hassle at best, but this is a much better built unit, using all gold plated banana plug binding posts for connection (but will also take bare wire). I pulled this from my working system and then re-tested the inputs and speaker outputs. All confirmed working as they should. I know how to pack correctly for audio equipment.
