These speakers sound excellent. Please listen to the short video I uploaded, of them playing Dire Straights Live. Cabinets, grilles, grille cloths, are in very good condition. It looks like grille cloths were replaced. I believe the woofer surrounds were also re-foamed. The only issue I can think to point out, is that on the edge of one of the woofer cones, a small area cracked, was repaired with glue, and has been functioning perfectly for quite a while since – (Please see that in the pictures). The cabinets are finished in a very nice looking, high quality Black Ash Vinyl. They are very well-constructed, heavy speakers, weighing approx. They can be picked up in Olney, MD, Baltimore, Md, or the North East Panhandle of WV. I’m even willing to drive in your direction 20-30 mins to meet you if you’d like. Typically equipped with a large woofer (12 inches). A dedicated midrange driver for accurate vocal reproduction. A high-frequency tweeter designed for crisp highs. Typically around 30 Hz to 20 kHz, enabling deep bass and clear treble. Usually rated at 8 ohms. Around 88-90 dB, which is moderate and indicates how efficiently the speaker converts power into sound. Very good bass, mids & highs are excellent. I’ve been doing audio & video over 50 years & have heard the best home audio from Klipsch, McIntosh, Marantz, Sansui, Pioneer, etc. Great Combo, so I know a little bit. Only glitch is very small hole in one speaker cover, easy fix.

He Bought it Brand New in The 90’s!!!!!!!!!!!!! These Bad Boys Are Amazing – LOUD AND CLEAR Can Be Audiophile But if you want to rock the block, these are the Good speakers to have, They are not the Quality of 1980’s AR Speakers, but these were top of line for Sears Exclusively in the 1990’s!!!!!!!!!!!
