Speakers are in as-shown condition. C abinet and grille on the AR-1 are in largely good condit ion, with one end showing some significant scratching. C abinet and grille on the AR-3st are also la rgely good, but cabinet is starting to separate along the joints (should be re-g lued). Sound is low out of the AR-1 and I’m not sure if the super tweeter is working at all. I honestly don’t know how to hook this system up though. I suspect some major oxidation is involved here, but I just do n’t know. The cabi nets on bother speakers are seale d, so I can’t open them up and inspect / deox. Also, the grilles are glued down so i ca n’t pull anything out from the front. I’m jus t passing these along to an AR guy for the rehab. These w ill arrive safe and well packed. I will make a custom box for the AR-1. It will travel just fine unless grossly m ishandled by the Post Office. Shippi ng as shown will be for the AR-1 only.
