You Are Looking At a Vintage Acoustic Research AR TSW-910 Speaker System – Fresh Foam – 100% Working (Please Read First). The Cabinets are not perfect, but they are pretty darn nice. Signs of wear include, a few snags and small holes in the side fabric and a small run in one of the dust covers along with a few broken tabs on the dust cover, the covers still mount and still look good. One of the toes on the bottom wood base plate had a crack. The wood was tapped through the bottom and 10 reinforcement screws along with wood glue were counter sunk and then capped with oak caps to conceal the screws. A hairline crack is still slightly visible on the top of the toe and on the side, but it is well concealed and the toe is very secure with no wiggle or slop, nothing to worry about. No holes were drilled on the top or sides of the base plate, only the bottom as noticed on the left hand speaker in picture #7. Please review pictures to give personal cosmetic grade. We feel you will agree the item is in overall beautiful condition. As for performance; I personally cannot think of a speaker I would rather listen to than these. The sound is amazing. There are many forums you can Google and anything I have read that has been written would agree and elaborates on why these are so amazing. Be sure to read about the tweeters!! I have included a link below of an actual written review on these units when they were new it also includes all the specs you will want and need. I apologize, they were not staged and there is a large fan in the background, but put your headphones on and you will get the point that these perform as advertised. Again, I apologize for the fan, my garage clutter, and not having the staging set up to optimize the sound for you. Put these in your living room, set up properly and prepare to transcend to another dimension. Yeah, these are that cool. One note and if you research online you will read this as well… If you are using an underpowered amp these are known to burn amps up. Please do not come to me saying the speakers are flawed, it is not a flaw you were just cheap. Invest in a good amp to go with these and you will thank yourself for years to come. Side note, the 12 speakers on the front and rear are actual woofers. There are no passive radiators on these beasts. The 12 share a sealed compartment and each one of the other speakers including the ultra rare and amazing tweeters have their own sealed chamber. Every speaker on these units just had new foam surrounds installed. So no worries about any rot on any of these speakers. Only the items pictured are included in this sale. Main speakers and all four dust covers (2 full front & 2 for the 12 Rears) – The cabinet in the middle is not included nor is any of the beverages. You must have a physical address not a PO Box.
