Please note this listing does not include the Chrome stands. I chose to display with strands because they look so darn good that way, even though they aren’t original to these speakers. Based on the serial numbers on both of these speakers it appears it would have been between 1965 and 1970 early. Most likely late 60s from what I can tell. I will be happy to include that PDF as it also shows a diagram of the speakers by era of release if requested. It was found on a forum via a Google search. Condition: Cosmetic-Speakers are in good cosmetic condition. Both of the grills have some slight fraying possibly from being taken off of the speaker at one point. Both speakers have the AR and 3 badges. The cabinets themselves have some scuffs on them which are included in some photos. There is also some white goo on one side of the speakers not a huge amount and should come off okay. There is a picture which shows this on the bottom front of one speaker and it continues on the wooden side. Please let me know if you have any questions on this. Sound test- These have been tested my hooking up only and have not been cracked open. What I found is the #1 speaker sounds as though it is functioning normally with both the high and the low sounds. The #2 speaker sounds less loud and also like it’s only getting the high sound which leads me to believe the subwoofer is probably out. The speakers will need a professional or hobbyist to restore to original. Again, there will be some work if you want them back to original. Another option might be via the Greyhound service.
