This is a 1 3/8 hard dome tweeter for the AR-3 speaker. This is also used in the AR-2a and some early production AR-2ax speakers. This has been completely rebuilt by VINTAGE-AR. Initially, we have two available. Dome and voice coil were removed. Voice coil gap cleaned of old, stiff suspension material. Reassembled with new suspension material. New, extra long tinned, copper wires to ease installation. Original wires were aluminum which can prove to be very difficult to solder. Inspected and tested with test equipment and a music source. This should give you many years of great service. We have the cabinet sealer available in Dept. OTHER SPEAKER SERVICE PARTS. Don’t short change yourself trying to reuse that old dried up sealer.
