Vintage Acoustic Research AR3 Speakers. Very hard to find AR3 (not 3a) vintage 3 way circa 1950s acquired from original owner along with a Pioneer SX-1050 (also for sale). Please note the last few pics as there was a problem with one of the woofers which was rattling at certain frequencies. Turns out the spider had cracked and needed to be replaced along with a new foam surround. The voice coil was fine. This was done by a gentleman that restores vintage AR. He is well known on the forums. The paperwork says 1958 I think. I bypassed the pots to check and they are in fact working so all the drivers work. I was going to replace abd repair the pots and caps but way too many audio projects. There cabinets were cleaned abd veneer repaired. I believe they are Mahogany.
