Up for sale is a very nice pair of AR AR3/AR3A speakers with the original AR stands. I believe these are the Oiled Walnut cabinets. These started out as AR3’s but went through the AR3A upgrade in 1976, by AR. The speakers sound fantastic, most of the time. At times there seems to be a cutoff or drop in output. These probably need a complete check up as they approach 60 years old. I have them running through a Luxman R-1050 (not included) which has had issues of it’s own, so I really don’t know exactly where any problems lie. The cabinets are overall in very nice condition. One of the cabinets (Top) does have some noticeable blemishes, see close up photos for details. Please review the photos carefully and let me know any additional questions. Thanks for taking a look!
