This is a 12 bass driver with the aluminum frame and alnico magnet… A very hard to come by speaker… This has the fabric surrounds and all is good with no damage to surrounds or dust cap… This is a piece of vintage electronics and cannot be warranteed, tested with ohm meter at 2.7-2.8 ohms and will reproduce sound when hooked up, otherwise as-is…..
