They are Mint if not then they are really close because I can count one only one hand the small tiny faults on them. There are only a couple of small blemishes on them if any. I had to look carefully for them. I would give these a physical grade of 9/10 or 9.5/10. There are approximately 2-3 small blemishes on them along with 1 tiny nick in a corner. I hooked them up to my Fisher 500TX and the only sound I got from them were from the woofers, the pots in the back need to be cleaned for the mids and tweeters to sound as expected with AR speakers. I don’t want to clean it because I want them to be all original and untouched. Again these are 100% original and untouched, the grills have never been removed. I have a working pair of these and when working they can sound better than AR3s. They also come with the original packaging (ie the box and its packing contents) along with the original AR guide on how to pack them in. UPDATE: I have the Caps to replace in the speakers for them to become almost new again. If you clean the pots and replace the caps it will pretty much be a Brand New AR2A.
