Very good condition and functions perfectly. Woofers and Tweeters work fine and are in fine shape, Cloth grille is in very good condition. The pictures very accurately reflect the condition. They are in amazing shape for speakers that are about 50 years old. The tweeter adjustment has been eliminated from the circuitry, but the dial remains in place. I listen to these speakers for a while. The bass is very deep and tight for speakers this size without the forced bass of a ported speaker. I would describe the sound as warm and non-fatiguing.
