This product is one of those treasures. We are still working through multiple truckloads of this incredible find… These vintage AR speakers are yet another time capsule of electronics we discovered. In the 3rd warehouse we cleared out for this distributor we found 3 pairs of these vintage speakers. All new in open boxes. In factory condition with exception of the foam padding surround the outside of the speaker. It is not connected to the speaker and is starting to deteriorate (note do not touch foam as you will leave a dimple). This foam does not affect the sound and once the grill is on you can not see the foam. You can remove it, leave it in “play”, or find a replacement foam… The speakers are also bi-ampibale. Own a little of history… And some real substantial speakers with these A/R’s…. They won’t disapoint. Fine Print that is not that fine. Condition: New- Open Box -Excellent Condition. Cabinets, Grills, Surrounds, and Cones are in Excellent Condition. Only cosmetic issue: The foam used around the drivers is deteriorating-this foam does not touch the drivers. This DOES NOT affect the sound performance. There is a dent in foam outside the speaker area (see last picture) in one speaker. Comes with original boxes, packing, and manual.
