2 Vintage Acoustic Research AR-3A Speakers Tested But No Sound From Tweeters. As the title says the speakers were tested but I could not hear any sound coming from the tweeters on both speakers. I’m not sure if it’s the pots on the rear that may need cleaning. The bass and kids on both speakers produce sound when I applied modest volume. The surrounds on both speakers will need to be repaired (see pictures). The metal badge on one of the speakers has separated (see pictures). I have had these for a while but never got around to sending them out to be restored, hopefully someone else can have the pleasure of doing that. The speakers have some cosmetic blemishes on them but please view all of the pictures since they are part of the description. Please feel free to ask questions before purchasing.
